He actually walked through our house, checked the attic, looked at the ductwork, and explained why certain equipment made sense for us. I had an emergency situation at my house a hot water pipe burst inside the wall. After I contacted the company, a technician arrived within 20 minutes which was extremely important in that situation.The issue was resolved quickly and professionally everything was fixed in about 30 minutes. It was clear that the technician knew exactly what he was doing.I would especially like to mention Max he was very polite, friendly, and explained everything clearly throughout the process.After the main repair, I asked for help with my AC system, which had been having issues. The unit was very loud, didn’t always reach the desired temperature, and wouldn’t work in Auto mode only in the ON settingMax performed a diagnostic and scheduled a follow-up visit for the next day at 9:00 AM. By 12:00 PM, everything that needed to be replaced was taken care of, and my AC system now works perfectly better than ever before.

I had been advised by another Hvac company that Our furnace should be replaced. I contacted Levano Pro HVAC Solutions for a second quote.On The initial visit the representative observed that the system should be good for a number of years. I engaged them to do a thorough inspection of the furnace with the happy result that The furnace is in good order and does not need replacement. Very satisfied with the response and results. They are a new company but operate like true professionals.

Woke up to a freezing house and a broken heater... NOT how you want to start a Tuesday. Called Levano and Kostas came out to our place in Loomis. He diagnosed the furnace issue in about five minutes. Very professional young man and got us up and running before my second cup of coffee.

I was dreading having our whole AC setup replaced. Usually contractors leave a massive mess and ghost you halfway through. But Kostas was out here right on time. He handled the entire Carrier heat pump setup himself and actually walked me through how the new thermostat works before taking off. Really solid guy.
AC totally died right at 3pm when it was like 105 out. Tech showed up, diagnosed a bad capacitor or something, swapped it out, and the vents were blowing freezing air in an hour. No drama. Thanks Levano.
He is very knowledgeable at what he does. Very punctual and talented. I definitely going to keep him as my AC handy man for the future and will recommend him to my friends and family.
